Booking Guidelines A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the start of your event. Should you choose our alcohol procurement service, the cost of alcohol will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before purchases are made. We will provide a customized recommendation for bottle selections and quantities based on your guest count and beverage menu. You will have the opportunity to review and modify the recommendations before final payment is submitted.

Event Time Extension Policy Should you decide to extend bartending services during your event, same-day extensions are subject to staff availability and will be billed at $50 per hour, per bartender. Payment for the additional service time is due before the extension begins.
